Once, as a test, I gave Joshua two days to concept a big interactive campaign for American Airlines then forced him to present with no warning whatsoever. And what did he do? He sold the freaking campaign, that's what he did. The account people were all, "that kid is awesome!" And I'm all, "whatever, he can't do timesheets."
So whatever. If you're looking for an art director who understands the web culture and how to sell it to clients, then I guess he's okay. But be warned. You'll probably end up working for him one day.
Conceptual thinker, graphic craftsman, multimedia renaissance man. Enthusiastic, curious, self-starting. A rare combination of lucidity and intelligence. Joshua is all that. He over-delivers on time and under budget, and he's the type of employee that lifts companies.
And as good as he is now, his potential is downright scary. Hire the man and you're pretty much guaranteed a footnote in the design volumes as well as exposing yourself to one of the world's most expansive t-shirt collections.
